We would like to say a fond farewell to Linda Shea, who is retiring this week after 20 years of dedicated service to the Trust.

Dave has committed his entire career to nursing, clinical leadership, and the NHS, with his impact felt across LCH and MCFT Community Care. Known for his steadiness, support, and a well-timed touch of humour, Dave has been a guiding presence through both calm and challenging times.

We ask colleagues to support the children's flu campaign by reminding families during consultations to complete their child’s flu consent form promptly, even if they choose not to have their child vaccinated.

We have now standardised the opening hours for all eight of our urgent treatment and walk-in centres, including Halewood and Huyton. From 22 September, all same day urgent care services will be open from 8am to 8pm, 365 days a year, to help avoid any confusion amongst residents. For further information, visit our website.
