Our Integrated Care Team attended the SWAGGA Primary Care Network event this week to discuss the work their team do. The event is for patients, carers and relatives in South Liverpool to find out more about services in their local area. On the day, they had the chance to get their BP monitored, cholesterol checks, BMI reviews and opportunity to discuss cancer screening.
Their next event is 14 March at Parklands Building in Speke.
