The Customer Service Medical Pathway, is a customer service qualification with specialist Mediterm L2 Award included. The course is suitable for anyone in a customer service role, including reception staff and ward clerks.

Course start: May, September, January.

Duration: 15 months.

Qualification: L2 Customer Service, L2 Mediterm Intermediate Award in Medical Terminology.

  • Medical terminology relating to medical specialities
  • The meaning of pharmaceutical abbreviations.
