The Customer Service Medical Pathway, is a customer service qualification with specialist Mediterm L2 Award included. The course is suitable for anyone in a customer service role, including reception staff and ward clerks.

Qualification: L2 Customer Service, L2 Mediterm Intermediate Award in Medical Terminology.

Through the Mediterm L2 Award you will learn:
- The structure and meaning of medical word parts
- Medical terminology relating to medical specialities
- The meaning of pharmaceutical abbreviations.
