ulations to the Telehealth team who have been shortlisted in three categories for the Nursing Times Awards 2021.
The categories are as follows:
- Technology and Data in Nursing - Oximetry at Home monitoring during the COVID-19 pandemic and the development of a virtual ward
- Promoting patient self-management - Self-management of long term conditions using digital technology
- Managing long term conditions - Using digital technology to improve patient care
The team is now working on their next stage presentations which take place during September in London, following the presentations the finalists will be announced.
