National PGD Data Collection Audit Tool
Audit schedule and reporting is managed by the PGD working group
The Prescribing Observatory for Mental Health (POMH) is a subscription based project that helps specialist mental health services across the UK improve their prescribing practice.
To achieve this, POMH develop audit-based Quality Improvement Programmes (QIPs) that focus on specific topics within mental health prescribing.
The Trust participate in POMH audits which are led by the medical team with oversight from the Medicines Management Team.
