If the role requires a particular professional registration (e.g. NMC) the recruitment team will check the relevant professional body website to verify that the successful candidate(s) has the required professional registration.
For posts that require registration with a regulatory or licensing body, the Trust will accept that appropriate documentary evidence of qualification has already been provided to and verified by the appropriate regulatory or licensing body when the individual registered. Therefore, the recruitment team will not conduct additional qualification checks for posts that only require professional registration, but may seek additional qualifications relevant to the person specification.
