We have two MSK services, that currently have differences within their service specs; Knowsley and St Helens.
We have reviewed current models of practice within MSK services across the Mersey Care footprint and will create one SOP / one model of care to provide parity to our service users
There will be alignment between the two services, with a standardised end to end pathway that aligns waiting times – removing the ‘postcode lottery’, resulting in equal treatment and access to services for all our patients.
