During the consultation period, staff will be able to request an individual consultation meeting to discuss any concerns you have or put suggestions forward for consideration.

Please note this is not compulsory, there are other ways of providing feedback (detailed below).

Staff have the right to have representation during the individual consultation meeting and staff can invite a staff side representative should you wish. It is your responsibility to make these arrangements.
