Where will I study?
All apprenticeship work will take place during the learners' working hours and will include:
- Group coaching sessions on Teams
- Individual learning activity (e.g. reading, videos, quizzes, writing in journal) via our online learning platforms
- 1-1 coaching visits on Teams
- Review meetings on Teams with your Damar coach and line manager.
The Mediterm course is delivered via online learning with mentored support.

Completion of this apprenticeship will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual member at Professional level.
End point assessment consists of:
1. Showcase
2. Practical observation
3. Professional discussion
Course Modules:
Nine modules total, including (but not limited to): Personal Presentation and Development of Self, Personal Organisation, Understanding of the Organisation, Knowing your customer's feedback, Regulations and Legislation
Who is suitable for this apprenticeship?
There are no direct entry requirements for this apprenticeship. However, learners will be required to have or achieve level 1 English and Maths and to have taken level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completing End Point Assessment (EPA).
