The Carer Engagement team hosted a successful Festive Carers Café at Hollins Park Hospital on Monday, 8 December where we welcomed 17 carers for an afternoon dedicated entirely to them. Carers Cafés are designed to offer a safe, relaxing space where carers can take time out, enjoy a warm drink, connect with others, and access information and support.
We received some positive feedback, one carer shared:
“Thank you for this afternoon, much appreciated. Have a wonderful Christmas and all the best for 2026!”
