We are delighted to celebrate the fantastic achievement of Tracey Rimmer, a Team Lead for ICRAS Southport and Formby within Urgent Care, who has successfully completed a Degree Apprenticeship alongside her role.
Tracey will graduate in July 2026 with a First Class BA (Hons) Business Management Professional (Executive) in Health and Social Care, demonstrating outstanding commitment to both academic and professional development.
Throughout the programme, Tracey achieved:
- Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMgr status)
- Completion of the Mary Seacole Leadership Programme

Tracey plays a key role within ICRAS, working across the system to support admission avoidance, timely discharge, and improved patient flow, while also providing leadership and operational support to the team.
Alongside her studies, Tracey also completed a secondment which further strengthened her system leadership and experience across complex patient pathways.
Balancing a demanding leadership role and family life with two children, this achievement reflects exceptional resilience, dedication, and professionalism.

"Completing this degree alongside my role and family life has been challenging but incredibly rewarding. I am really proud of what I’ve achieved and grateful for the support from colleagues throughout the journey."
Congratulations, Tracey—this is a fantastic achievement and a testament to your commitment to improving services for our patients and communities.
