Amendment to Bank payroll this Easter
Due to upcoming bank holidays, the payroll deadline for Bank shifts has been amended to ensure a smooth payroll period, it is vital that managers complete finalisation of bank rosters no later than 8.30am on the advertised deadline below,
Any shifts that are not finalised by this deadline will be paid the following week.
We kindly ask you take note of the amended deadlines as bank shifts finalised late has significant consequences on colleague’s pay. This is especially important as colleagues have committed to work additional shifts with the expectation of being paid in a timely way due to reliance on payments. Unfortunately, our payroll provider is unable to process advances for weekly pay.

Due to a shorter payroll processing period, new starters including new bank assignments, roster fails, late submissions and retro pay arrears will not be processed for payment during the specified pay periods, these transactions will be processed the following week.

Temporary Staffing Office reduced opening hours over Easter period
The Temporary Staffing Office will be reducing their opening hours during the Easter period, operating hours are as follows:
- Good Friday – Closed
- Easter Monday - Closed
All other times remain unchanged – Monday to Thursday 8am to 6pm – Saturday and Sunday 8am to 2pm.
We kindly ask you take note of the amended operating hours and request that any changes to pre-booked shifts are reported during operating hours or by contacting the ward where your worker has been booked.
