YourInsights - Our People dashboard now available

Do you currently use business intelligence (BI) reports to find data about training, PACE, supervision or absence? Key workforce BI reports are moving to a new interactive Our People dashboard, now available on YourInsights. The dashboard has been developed to support the Operational and Clinical Excellence Framework, and to simplify the way that you access data.

More information on the dashboard can be found on YourSpace, including links to training materials, frequently asked questions, and information about plans to move all existing BI reports to this new format throughout 2025.

Drop-in sessions have been scheduled with the Performance and Information team. These will include a brief on-screen demonstration of the dashboard and are a good opportunity for you to ask any questions in an informal setting.

There’s no need to sign up in advance. Simply choose one of the sessions below and then copy and paste the joining information into your calendar. Please note that all meetings have the same Teams link and password.
