Joe Rafferty joined Secure Divisional Director Steve Newton (pictured on the left) this week at Ashworth, including a visit to The Life Rooms.
It’s now a year since The Life Rooms service opened behind the wall, bringing the same kind of therapeutic services as is available in the community in Southport, Walton and Bootle.
Joe was impressed by the work being done and the reach of the new Life Rooms, as they have had engagement now from the vast majority of patients, either in the new suite of rooms or on the ward. Joe thanked the team for their ongoing work and outcomes for patients.
