As you are aware staff will be moving into Hollins Park House this week. Unfortunately there has been a delay in the creation of access passes for staff who need them. The machine which creates the passes has been out of operation for several days and has only been fixed today.

If you have staff who need priority access to the building please let us know so that they can be among the first to have passes created. Please contact the hybrid working project team on hybridworkingprojectteam@merseycare.nhs.uk

In addition, we are still awaiting from some team managers, lists of staff who need access to Hollins Park House. If you have not yet sent across your staff list (on the spreadsheet emailed to you) please could you prioritise this today. We cannot arrange for passes to be created for teams until we have received staff lists.

We appreciate the difficulties that will be caused by this delay, and will prioritise getting as many passes ready as possible by the time that colleagues start to use the building. We ask that you do not attend site on Thursday, 1 September unless you are actively involved in the moves, as the removal company and IT engineers will be on site. The building will be open for access from Friday, 2 September, however there may still be some snagging (resolving of estates or IT issues) ongoing in the building.

Internal doors at Hollins Park House will be temporarily disabled to allow colleagues to move around the building without passes. However the three doors from the main reception area will remain locked for security. Occupational Health staff at the reception desk will be able to allow access through these three doors but please be mindful of increased pressure on these staff. Please could we ask that individuals who already have access passes assist their colleagues where possible until their passes are ready?

We will work to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
