Login to IntellifrontBI Dashboards

IntellifrontBI is a business intelligence (BI) solution which offers real-time dashboards and on-demand reporting of EPMA & medicines management related activities. The reports and dashboards provide valuable operational, financial and clinical insights.

Please note access to the IntellifrontBI system is curently restricted to the Medicines Management Team staff. There are plans to roll-out access to medical and nursing colleagues in due course. This is expected to take approximately 6 to 12 months. Users wishing to gain early access to a limited number of dashboards may do so my completing the form in the link further down the page.

All data requests must be made via this form for discussion, prioritisation & approval at the relevant Medicines Management Operational Management Group (MMOMG) or EPMA Clinical Reference Group (CRG).

Current waiting times for reports is current 4-8 weeks for new or bespoke reports. If you need to discuss bespoke requirements please get in touch with the team using the contact details below.

Issue #1: Secure Site Not available. HTTPS-Only Mode Alert IFBI_troubleshooting-secure site error.png

Resolution: This is due to the browser security settings. Simply Click 'Continue to HTTP Site' to access IntellifrontBI.

Issue #2: Hyperlinks do not automatically re-direct to the dashboard.

Resolution: Try logging into IntellifrontBI first then re-opening the link to the dashboard you are trying to view. This normally resolves most issues. If the dashboard conatins patient sensitive data you will be directed to a screen as shown below. Simply click the highlighted link to open the dashboard.
