IntellifrontBI is a business intelligence (BI) solution which offers real time dashboards and on demand reporting of EPMA and medicines management related activities. The reports and dashboards provide valuable operational, financial and clinical insights.
Direct access to the IntellifrontBI system is curently restricted to Medicines Management Team staff.

Any unauthorised dissemination or copying of this data, or any misuse or wrongful disclosure of the information contained in it is strictly prohibited and may be illegal. If sharing a dashboard link which contains patient identifiable data please ensure the link is encrypted and authenticated. This prompts the recipient to require login before they can view the dasboard.

Issue #1: Secure Site Not available. HTTPS-Only Mode Alert
Resolution: This is due to the browser security settings. Simply Click 'Continue to HTTP Site' to access IntellifrontBI.
Issue #2: Hyperlinks do not automatically re-direct to the dashboard.
Resolution: Try logging into IntellifrontBI first then re-opening the link to the dashboard you are trying to view. This normally resolves most issues. If the dashboard conatins patient sensitive data you will be directed to a screen as shown below. Simply click the highlighted link to open the dashboard.
Issue #3: Crystal Reports option is not available for the user.
Resolution: Please contact the Medicines Managment Clinical Informatics Service to have your permissions profile updated.
