From the 1 April, the 350 Nicotine Management Level 2 eLearning will also be a requirement for clinical colleagues identified in some Community Care teams.

Team leaders/managers can refer to their usual team level training reports to identify who within their teams are required to complete this module.  Nicotine Management (Level 2) compliance will be shown under the New Training reporting category until March 2024 to allow a 12 month lead in time before it becomes a formal KPI.
