In 2022 Mersey Care launched our successful marketing campaign, 'Wings' to support recruitment at the Trust. This campaign has done us well, with a distinctive look that was immediately recognisable as 'Mersey Care' - but the time has come to refresh our marketing materials, and re-launch our recruitment campaign with a new look and feel.
We are constantly looking for new ways to promote the Trust as an employer of choice, keeping an eye on trends and emerging platforms that will help us attract the right applicants. Alongside the refreshed branding, we have some exciting developments in progress, including new website content, updated event materials and new staff profiles to feature in our campaigns.
The thinking behind the new designs
- We needed something bright, and fresh that will stand out on social media or at an event, but is still in line with the NHS palette and feels like it's Mersey Care
- Versatility was key, so that there are lots of potential applications of the design, not just what you see here
- Our people must be front and centre of all of our recruitment messages so we needed something that puts our amazing staff centre stage
- The designs show a thread that connects us, and this design element allows us to subtly connect people, services, and our values. This golden thread is echoed in the People Promise designs, and can continue through to our on boarding resources, and beyond.
