Congratulations to Tom Matthews-Regan, Wellbeing Coach in the Healthy Knowsley Service, who has been crowned World Champion at the AWPC (Amateur World Powerlifting Congress) World Championships in Manchester!
He was crowned with a total of 547.5kg at 73.8kg bodyweight, squat 195kg, bench press 112.5kg and deadlift 240kg.
