New recruitment process for corporate division

These documents outline the approach to the approval to recruit to corporate services. 

• Requests for new posts
• Filling of vacant posts
• Requests to put in place ‘retire and return’ arrangements.

These new arrangements are aligned to the Corporate Redesign Programme, and the aim of this process is to make sure the number of new employees is minimised going forward and to realign staff to the strategic objectives of the trust.
