The Knowsley Later Life and Memory service (LLAMS) wish to share the sad news that a much loved and respected member of the team has sadly passed away this weekend.
Toni Moore was the deputy manager for LLAMS. Everywhere Toni went she left a lasting impression with her genuine kindness, calmness and thoughtfulness. She embodied everything it means to be a nurse and did it with pride. We were lucky to work with her, to be her colleague, she was a friend to many and will be deeply missed.
Toni's funeral will be at St. Lukes church, Whiston on Thursday, 11 July at 11:30am and all are welcome.
Family have asked for family flowers only, there will be a donation box in church for Macmillan nurses.
