Our brilliant bug hotel
9 April 2025
Local volunteers joined Trust staff to develop a patient garden and install a bug hotel at our new LD ward in Warrington.

The Space Between the Sounds
3 April 2025
The Life Rooms team at Ashworth Hospital partnered with Royal Liverpool Philharmonic musicians to explore silence, improvisation, and nocturnes. Highlights included a piece inspired by Nirvana’s “Come as You Are” and a patient-composed nocturne. This project showcased the therapeutic power of music, fostering self-expression, active listening, and emotional connection.
