Is your Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training up to date?
The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training eLearning module has been a mandatory requirement for all colleagues in the Trust since June 2023, with a three yearly requirement to complete the training.
As a result, a number of colleagues are now required to complete the training again. All colleagues out of date, or approaching their renewal date, will also be contacted by email from the Learning and Development team.
Therefore, this is a formal reminder to complete the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training eLearning module at your earliest convenience.
Completion of the eLearning is a compulsory requirement, and colleagues must be in date before they can attend either the Tier One or Tier Two training sessions. Ensuring this prerequisite is met supports our statutory responsibilities, and strengthens the quality and safety of the care we provide to people with learning disabilities and autistic people.
