Our Liverpool School Health Team attended an event focused on educating young people about Violence Against Women and Girls. We presented to 80 girls about healthy relationships, improving body image and how our service can support young people.
Around 80 girls from eight Merseyside schools have today (Thursday 12 March) come together for an event focused on educating young people about Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG).
The session forms part of a month long campaign in which all secondary school students across Merseyside receive VAWG presentations as part of their PHSE lessons.
