The Ability First network is dedicated to promoting equality for people with a disability working within the Trust. That can be a physical disability but also includes hidden disabilities such as mental health.
The network meets every month and is open to employees, bank staff, volunteers and students to attend regardless of Grade, role or contract length.
The aims of the Ability First network are:
- be a safe point of contact for disabled staff within the Trust
- actively influence Trust strategies that will or may impact on disabled employees
- support the development of positive work experiences within the Trust.
NB all dates and times are subject to change, if you would like to join the network, please email AbilityFirst
