HR Case Manager
HR Case Manager HR01 (Maintaining Standards in a Just and Learning Culture) and HR41 (Respect, Civility and Resolution) will go live on 2 June.
Case Manager is an element within the Empactis system designed to assist HR colleagues and managers with processing HR01 and HR41 cases. It will provide managers and divisions with a complete integrated overview of all informal and formal HR01 and HR41 cases for their designated area or team.
From 2 June, only new cases will be managed through the Empactis system and managers first point of contact should still be their Divisional HR Team. The HR team will be responsible for the creation of cases on the system and during the transition to this new system, they will be available to support managers in navigating any tasks required of them via Empactis.
Two separate E-Learning packages have been developed for Case Manager for colleagues will be involved in the HR01 and HR41 process to complete.
