Mersey Care colleagues can access a wide range of Microsoft 365 courses and learning resources through the IM Online Learning (IMOL) platform.
Access IM Online Learning
- Visit the IM Online Learning (IMOL) platform
- Select Mersey Care as your organisation.
- From the home screen, select Microsoft 365 Training.
About the training and support available
The IM Online Learning (IMOL) platform offers training guides and online courses covering key Microsoft applications, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Virtual trainer led courses are also available for the applications listed below. Each course lasts approximately one hour and provides an overview of key features and benefits.
- Copilot Chat (AI tool)
- Forms (surveys, polls and quizzes)
- Sway ( documents and presentations)
- Planner (task management)
- OneNote (digital notes)
- OneDrive (document storage)
- Power Automate* (workflow automation to improve efficiency)
*Please note: the Power Automate course lasts approximately 90 minutes.
Booking a trainer led course
All trainer led Microsoft courses can be booked directly through the IM Online Learning (IMOL) platform. For support, please refer to our guide on how to book a trainer led course.
Please note: it is not possible to book courses on behalf of others.
Learner dashboard and support
The IM Online Learning (IMOL) platform includes a Learner Dashboard, where users can track course progress, manage course bookings and access completion certificates.
