All Mersey Care Walk In Centres are now operating on EMIS, as of Tuesday 21 June 2022.
This now means all non-medical prescribers across our Knowsley Walk In Centres, are able to issue an electronic prescription. As a result, we anticipate there will be an increase in prescriptions being sent electronically to Pharmacies in and out of hours, including weekends.
Pharmacies across Knowsley and Liverpool have been made aware and advised to contact the prescribing clinician at the appropriate Walk In Centre with any queries.
