A new digital skills training platform is now available.
Developed by NHS Informatics Merseyside (IM), IM Online Learning has been created to help you build digital confidence and make the most of the systems you use every day - from Microsoft 365 tools like Outlook and Teams to the clinical systems that support your work.
What you’ll find on IM Online Learning:
- Interactive eLearning available 24/7
- Role specific clinical systems training
- A personalised dashboard to track your progress and download certificates
- Digital training sessions, which you can book or request, delivered either on-site or virtually.
Whether you're looking to brush up on your digital skills or learn more about a specific system, IM Online Learning makes it easy to access the support you need, when you need it.
How to get started:
Go to IM Online Learning and select Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust from the dropdown list. Please ensure you are logged in to your work device using your username and password. Guidance on how to navigate and get the most benefit from the platform can be found on the home screen.
