A new job description and person specification template will go live on 1 April 2026. All new vacancy authorisation requests must include a job description and person specification on the new template. Requests submitted using old templates will need to be corrected before they can progress through the recruitment process.
• Any existing job descriptions transferred to the new template should be sent to agendaforchangeadmin
• All job descriptions submitted to the agenda for change job matching team must also be completed using the new template.
