Central room booking system rollout

The Estates Planning Team is currently rolling out the central room booking system. All meeting and clinic rooms across all Mersey Care sites will be added to the system. This roll out has been agreed by the executive team and in OMG. There are currently 92 meeting rooms, seven group rooms and 93 clinical rooms that have been added to the system. Sites that are not yet on the system will be contacted by the Estates Planning Team to begin the process of moving over to the new system. Requesting moves, changes and new premises

All requests for moves, changes, or new premises (internal or external) must be submitted to the Estates Planning team using the Estates Utilisation Proforma. This ensures staff and team movements are approved, recorded and properly planned.

Once the ‘request for space’ (RFS) has been submitted, the Estates Planning Team request divisional approval to ensure the correct authorisation, funding, IM and estates requirements are mapped and in place before any move. There should be no moves taking place without the correct process being followed.
