Merseyside Police request
On 7 July, at approximately 3.35pm, an E-Bike was involved in a collision with a member of public near to the Linda McCartney Centre at the Royal. The member of public involved in the incident was seriously injured and Merseyside Police are continuing to investigate and are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
