There has been a request for an assessment to be made for the Workforce and Finance Teams to understand how this issue is being managed in other Trusts across the Cheshire and Merseyside footprint. This request has been made previously, but we have been asked for an updated position.


We will provide a further update when this assessment has taken place.

Dear colleagues,

We understand your frustrations regarding the payment of annual leave to our bank staff and have been updating as and when we have any developments, Our Workforce and Finance colleagues continue to work to resolve the issue regarding bank staff and annual leave payments. A further meeting took place with the Executive Team on Thursday. Whilst we believe we may have come to a possible solution, there is a further work to be done on the process which is currently being assessed.
