NHS Informatics Merseyside (IM) is the main provider of IT support for our staff.
You can log your IT problem or digital support request instantly online using IM’s Digital Assistant (IDA) on the Self Service Portal.
With IDA’s help, you can also:
- Track the progress of any existing IT requests and add any additional information
- Send direct messages to the digital teams dealing with your IT requests
- Live chat with an IT Service Desk engineer.

Please note: If you are a former North West Boroughs colleague, who has not yet been issued with a Mersey Care device, you will need to contact the Mid Mersey Digital Alliance for IT support.
Urgent digital support requests

Urgent support includes digital problems which impact your ability to work or deliver your service, such as your computer not working or being unable to log in or access a critical system.
