The NHS North West Games is a series of fun activities and events for all NHS staff members to take part in, regardless of age, ability and level of fitness. It’s all about taking part as an individual or as part of a team, enjoying yourself and representing your Trust. Mersey Care continues to invest in the Games by paying the registration fee to enable its workforce to take part in all of the events for free.

The timetable for the 2024 Games is now confirmed with lots of activities across the region planned. You can see information for each event below.

NHS North West Games – Men’s Football (Halton Stadium)

Book a team for the 2024 NHS North West Games Football competition, taking place from 2.00pm on Sunday 27 October in Widnes (Halton Stadium).

5-a-side, with up to 8 players allowed per team (Trusts can enter more than one team). n.b. ALL team members must be employed by one of the participating NHS Trusts.
