Supporting you to stay well over the winter period

Winter can be a challenging time for our workforce.  While caring for our communities, teams and colleagues, it's important for us to manage our own wellbeing in the face of increasing challenges and demands over winter.

The Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service is here for you. We want to make sure you’re not just getting through winter, but feeling supported, connected and cared for.

Join the Workforce Health and Wellbeing Team and partners, in helping you access information, advice and support, to help us all stay well this winter.

See below for details of planned site visits, online options and lots of resources, which you can access at any time. Our partners include Energy Projects Plus, Groundwork and United Utilities . Representatives from our partners will be joining site visits, availability permitting.

Over the course of the season, the team will be travelling across sites and joined by a range of partners to spotlight support available to you on a range of whole person health and wellbeing matters (financial, physical, mental and social wellbeing), plus much more.

The pop-up wellbeing spaces get underway from 5 November. See below for details of planned site visits. Our partners Energy Projects Plus, Groundwork and United Utilities will join events where possible. New dates will be added regularly and you can request a visit. We'd love to meet you and your team!
