About the training and support available
The IM Online Learning (IMOL) platform offers training guides and online courses covering key Microsoft applications, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Virtual trainer led courses are now available for the applications listed below. Each bitesize course lasts approximately one hour and provides an overview of the key features and benefits.

Booking a trainer led course
All Microsoft 365 trainer led courses should now be booked directly through the IM Online Learning (IMOL) platform. For support, please refer to our guide on how to book a trainer led course.
Please note: it is not possible to book courses on behalf of others.
Learner dashboard and support
The IM Online Learning (IMOL) platform includes a Learner Dashboard, where users can track course progress, manage course bookings and access completion certificates.
