Michelle Parker, Improving Quality Manager for NHS England visited the Life Rooms Ashworth earlier this week.
She praised Tori Wolfendale, Head of Recovery Services for her positive energy as well as the warmness and helpfuless of all staff. "Also to mention how positive and welcoming everyone was. Meeting Tori was nice, such a positive energy. The three people on the front desk were so lovely. They welcomed us and explained everything professionally and kindly, they are a credit to Mersey Care."
Michelle also enjoyed talking to others and enjoyed hearing what they had to say.
"The branding is great, the concept brilliant but to actually be in there whilst creative sessions are going on and to hear the musicians and artists talk about their work, is just magic. Everyone looked like (and many said) they wanted to be there."
"The catalogue of opportunities in health, wellbeing, sport, creative arts, personal development is so good and I can see co-production is at the heart of it."
"I know Life Rooms will go from strength to strength and I can’t wait for my next visit."
Well done to all!
