All prescription pads that are currently held on site at Baylis Suite 3 will be moving to Maghull Health Park due to a change in the teams base.
From 20 September, all prescribers will therefore be required to travel to Maghull Health Park to collect prescription pads.
The new address will be:

Maghull Health Park
Liverpool
L31 1HW
Contact number for the department will remain the same.
If you would like to collect a pad before the move, you are able to do so until 16 September.
