The staff survey is a very useful tool to understand how we are doing as a Division. I always find the results helpful and take the time to read all comments, we also use the information to develop an improvement plan. This is important for the whole Trust, as Trish Bennett has said.
In addition to the prize draw below, we will also be offering a team breakfast for every team with 10 or more, when your team achieved a 75% completion rate.
