As part of our ongoing work on flexible working, Mersey Care will be aligning to the NHSE flexible working framework by using Electronic Staff Record (ESR) as a tool to request and record all formal flexible working arrangements.
A pilot launches 11 March for Trust Wide Support Services and Informatics Merseyside colleagues.
