On Tuesday, 20 January 2026 at 10:00 am, the below doors at V7 will be migrated to a new server as part of a wider review of standardisation of access levels across all sites.

An external engineer will be on site to carry out the door upgrade, supported by both the Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust Estates Team and the IM Technical Support Team. Support will be on site, checking with all colleagues working from V7 on 20 January 2026 that the upgrade has been successful and all have access.
What you need to do:
Joanne Fowlis, Head of Safety and Security has authorised for an export of staff who have accessed V7 doors within the last 90 days to be taken and the access information for these staff will be copied across as part of the migration.
- If you have accessed V7 using your ID Card to access the V7 Doors within the last 90 days, you do not need to do anything your access will be copied across.
- If you have not accessed V7 using your ID Card to access the V7 Doors within the last 90 days or have staff who require access you must complete the following form by 18 January 2026: V7 Net2 Access – Fill in form
- If you are not based out of V7 and only attend infrequently or for meetings, then please do not request access.
