Our current operating model does not allow for ease of standardisation across service lines and is too bureaucratic, which doesn’t allow for autonomy of leaders. We also need to reduce duplication and embrace new technologies such as Co-pilot.
Strategic leadership will focus on ensuring services deliver high quality, safe and efficient services, while operating in PLACE. Operational Leadership will ensure local communities needs are met and high quality, safe and efficient services are delivered.
