Sefton Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) Partnership would like to gather views of parents/carers of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities, on what is going well and what could be improved in our local area.
The feedback will be used to help see what might be working well and where improvements need to be made. Individual personal information will not be shared with services.
Parents and carers can get involved by filling in the questionnaire online between 1 March and 31 March 2022, or go to https://yourseftonyoursay.sefton.gov.uk/ or call 0151 934 3733 and ask for one to be sent out.
The paper questionnaires will have a freepost envelope to send it back to Sefton SEND Partnership.
Parents and carers can also provide their views over the phone by calling 07989 223937 or 0151 934 3733 between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday.
