Communication and engagement sessions have been held and the consultation launched on 22 June. However, during the consultation with Staff Side we have agreed that further communications regarding the organisational change process need to be delivered. There was real engagement at the launch, with many issues clarified for colleagues, and more individual questions raised too. Many of the Questions and Answers can be found on YourSpace here and will be updated weekly.

We would implore all colleagues to proactively take part in your one to one session with your manager and raise individual concerns and/or needs that you feel may affect you regarding hybrid working. Managers will listen and support you wherever possible. It is advisable to take a colleague or your trade union representative with you to support you during this process.

The project team is aware of the level of anxiety some colleagues are going through and suggested additional Teams sessions take place within service areas and teams to try to address concerns. Therefore, we’d like all colleagues to join a further consultation session and outlined below is the schedule, shown by service area/team. These are follow up sessions to those already held and will provide the opportunity to raise any further questions and to hear responses to the Questions and Answers that have been raised by colleagues so far.
