Surabhi Bharathan, one of our internationally educated nurses based at Longmoor House attended a reception hosted by His Majesty The King to celebrate the contribution of Nurses and Midwives working in the UK’s Health and Social Care Sector.
Surabhi said "I really felt honoured to have been selected to represent the internationally educated nurses working for Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust. The day itself was wonderful and I could not believe in my wildest dreams that one day I would be standing so close to the King of England!! Thank you so much Mersey Care for providing me this opportunity and for all the support you have given me since my arrival to the UK’’.
