The Liverpool District Nurse Out of Hours Team will be relocating from their current bases at Old Swan WIC and Sefton Road Health Centre to V7 Building, Kings Business Park on 2 September 2024.
The South Sefton Out of Hours service will be joining the North Sefton (Southport and Formby) team to merge into a single Sefton Place team, based at Formby Health Centre.
