Your wellbeing matters

Take a moment for you this spring and join us for wellbeing activities designed to help you recharge, reconnect and feel better at work.

As we step into Spring, your Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service is bringing a dedicated programme of wellbeing activities directly to sites across the Trust to help colleagues pause, recharge and reconnect.

Over the coming months, your Wellbeing Team will be on site with a mix of drop-in stalls, interactive tasters and focused wellbeing sessions designed to support your whole-person wellbeing.

Whether that’s managing stress, improving your physical health, or simply taking a moment during a busy shift to chat to us to find out what support there is for you and your team
