Menopause Support Made Simple

We’re making our menopause support offer more accessible so more colleagues can join in.

Starting in January, we’ll be introducing Mini Menopause Sessions. Quick, focused sessions lasting just 15 minutes. Perfect for busy schedules, these bite-sized sessions will cover key topics to support you on your menopause journey, including:

  • Understanding symptoms and how to ask for support
  • Eating well for menopause
  • Staying active through menopause
  • Mental wellbeing and menopause

Don't forget: Our Menopause Forum meets monthly. It’s a safe, supportive space to share experiences, tips, and what’s worked for you.
