In 2023 we commissioned Developing Success to deliver two foundation coaching programmes.
The participants have worked really hard over the last few months to gain their accreditation and on Monday 29 April we celebrated their achievements. All our new coaches have now joined the Mersey Care Coaching Network which is a thriving community of 64 coaches.
We took some positive action for the two cohorts in 2023 to increase the diversity of our coaching pool to ensure that we can meet any preferences coachee’s may have.
